The brief, in their words and ours.

D&F moves freight across roughly forty corridors, and every one of them has its own transit times, customs requirements and competitive set. All of that lived in the heads of five salespeople. The engagement was really a knowledge-modelling project: get the lane inventory into structured content, then let the site generate a search footprint the sales team could not create manually.

The challenge

D&F competed on lanes and service levels, but the site said "global logistics solutions" and ranked for nothing. Quote requests arrived by phone with no record of what marketing had produced them.

What we shipped

  • 134 lane and corridor landing pages from a structured content model
  • Multi-step quote request flow with full attribution
  • Local and international search footprint per corridor
  • Pipeline reporting dashboard for route-level demand

How we worked

  1. 01

    Build the lane inventory

Every origin–destination corridor, service mode and compliance requirement became a structured content record instead of sales-team knowledge.

  2. 02

    Generate corridor pages

Lane pages with transit times, customs notes and local search signals shipped as one templated system.

  3. 03

    Capture the quote

A structured quote-request flow replaced the phone-first process, with attribution stitched back to campaign and page.

  4. 04

    Report on pipeline, not traffic

A single dashboard tied lane demand to won freight so route investment decisions had evidence behind them.

How the engagement actually ran.

Every phase ended with something shipped and something measured. Nothing waited for a big-bang launch.
