One team, one number
Engineering and marketing report to the same metric, so neither can blame the other.
How we work
Every engagement runs the same four phases, whatever the deliverable. The phases don't change; the depth does. Below is exactly what happens, who does it and what you get at each gate.
Walk through the phasesWeeks 1–2 · Led by the engagement lead and growth strategist
We start by disagreeing with your brief — politely, and with evidence. Two weeks of audit work usually reveals that the thing you asked for is a symptom of something else.
Weeks 2–5 · Strategy, design and search working in the same file
Messaging, structure and search intent get decided together. A page hierarchy that ignores how people actually search is just an org chart in disguise.
ICP, buying committee, objection map and a messaging hierarchy per segment.
Keyword-and-entity-to-page map, internal linking model, schema plan.
Design system, key templates and accessible component specs.
Gate rule: nothing enters build until the measurement plan is signed off. If we can't say how we'll know it worked, we don't build it.
Weeks 4–14 · Two-week increments, always shippable
You see working software every two weeks, on a real URL, with real data. No month-long silences ending in a reveal.
Ongoing · Where retainers earn their keep
Launch is the cheapest part. Compounding comes from a disciplined experiment loop across content, search, paid and product — run monthly, forever.
Four layers, reviewed monthly. Leading indicators tell us whether the work is landing; lagging indicators tell your board whether it mattered.
| Layer | Example metrics | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery | Deploy frequency, Core Web Vitals, defect escape rate | Weekly |
| Visibility | Non-brand impressions, indexed pages, AI citation share | Weekly |
| Conversion | Qualified lead rate, cost per qualified lead, form-to-meeting | Monthly |
| Business | Pipeline created, win rate, payback period | Monthly + quarterly review |
